Mark Barrenechea – President & Chief Executive Officer
Mark Barrenechea joined the Rackable Systems Board of Directors in 2006 and served as Rackable's President and CEO. In that role, he led the acquisition of Silicon Graphics, Inc. and was appointed President & CEO of SGI in May 2009. Mark brings more than 20 years of executive management and leadership experience in the high tech industry during which he successfully grew businesses from medium to large scale organizations. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and CTO for Computer Associates (NYSE:CA). Prior to CA, he served as Senior Vice President of Applications Development at Oracle (NASDAQ:ORCL) and part of the executive management committee, managing a multi-thousand person global team and helping deliver the landmark release 11i of Oracle Applications. Earlier, he served as Vice President of Development at Scopus, which was subsequently sold to Siebel Systems. Previously, he was responsible for reshaping Tesseract's line of human capital management software as Vice President of Development which was acquired by Ceridian, and used as their platform for shared services. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Saint Michael's College in Vermont. |

Tony Carrozza – Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales
Tony brings more than 30 years of high technology sales and management experience to SGI, and is responsible for worldwide sales efforts for the company's broad line of products and services. Tony was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Quantum Corporation where he managed a 200 person sales and support organization that generated more than $800 million in revenues. While at Quantum Tony also served as VP of Worldwide Sales for the DLT Group and VP of Sales Strategy and Business Planning. He has also held management positions at Neterion Inc. and Iomega Corporation, and holds a B.A. from Iona College. |

Rick Chapek – Senior Vice President of Hardware Engineering
As Senior Vice President of Hardware Engineering, Rick is responsible for key engineering deliverables across the SGI product family including high-performance computing, servers, storage, data center, and containerized/modular computing solutions. This includes hardware and software development for SGI's comprehensive high performance storage and data management products, power, and rack infrastructure for the complete line of server and data center offerings. Since joining SGI in 1996, Rick has held a variety of positions in the manufacturing and engineering organizations where he was responsible for various hardware engineering support services including product design, diagnostic development, and manufacturing engineering. Prior to joining SGI, Rick was with Cray Research where he also held numerous technical leadership roles. He holds a BSEET from DeVry Institute of Technology in Kansas City, Missouri and an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. |

Giovanni Coglitore – Senior Vice President of SGI Labs
Giovanni leads SGI's engineering labs and is the company's chief visionary for new product development. A founder of Rackable Systems, Giovanni led the development of many of Rackable's key innovations, including the half-depth form factor and "back-to-back" mounting design, and most recently the company's award-winning DC Power technology, Scale Out Server Series and C2002. Prior to SGI, Giovanni was a co-founder and General Partner of International Computing Systems (ICS). He holds a BA from the University of California at Los Angeles. |

Eng Lim Goh, Ph.D. – Senior Vice President & Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Eng Lim Goh joined SGI in 1989, becoming a chief engineer
in 1998 and chief technology officer in 2001. He oversees Project
Ultraviolet; with the goal to develop the next generation computer
architecture for the new many-core era. Correspondingly, he also works on solutions to
massively parallel rendering. Between these two efforts, he has been granted four U.S. patents. In
2005, the IDG publication, InfoWorld, named Dr. Goh one of World's 25 most
influential CTOs. That same year, he was also included in the HPCwire list
of "15 People to Watch." In 2007, he was named "Champions 2.0" of the
industry by BioIT World magazine, and received the HPC Community Recognition
Award from HPCwire. Before joining SGI, Dr. Goh worked for Intergraph Systems,
Schlumberger Wireline and Shell Research. A Shell Cambridge University Scholar, he
completed his Ph.D. research and dissertation on parallel architectures and computer
graphics. He also holds a first-class honors degree in mechanical engineering from
Birmingham University, U.K. |

Dick Harkness – Senior Vice President of Manufacturing
As Senior Vice President of Manufacturing, Dick leads SGI's worldwide supply chain and manufacturing functions, from the company's manufacturing facilities in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. Since joining SGI in 1991, Dick has held a variety of progressive responsibilities in materials and operations management. Prior to joining SGI, Dick had several positions in manufacturing and supply chain management with Unisys and Convergent Technologies. Dick received his B.S. in Business Management from San Jose State University. |

Maurice Leibenstern – Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
Maurice brings more than 20 years of high tech legal experience to SGI.
Most recently, he was Chief Legal Counsel for Worldwide Sales at CA (formerly
Computer Associates, NYSE: CA) while serving as an SVP and member of the company’s
Senior Leadership Team. Maurice’s service at CA spanned 10 years, where
he held key roles in the Intellectual Property and Products & Sales practices.
He was responsible for rebuilding CA’s legal department while streamlining
their direct and indirect licensing practices for the Americas . He also served
as Lead Counsel for CA and its Board of Directors during the company’s government
investigation in 2003 and 2004. Prior to CA, Maurice worked at IBM, providing
strategic legal support for IBM’s eCommerce, PSP computing and Advanced
Workstation divisions. He holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law.

Dominic Martinelli – Vice President and Chief Information Officer
As Chief Information Officer, Dominic has global responsibility for IT Applications and Operations at SGI. With 15 years of IT experience in fast-paced high tech environments, he has developed technical knowledge in areas of servers, storage, networking, and enterprise applications. Prior to joining the company, Dominic worked at Juniper Networks where he held global responsibility for all networks, servers, and storage infrastructures. Dominic holds a BA from UC Santa Cruz. |

Tim Pebworth – Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer
As Chief Accounting Officer, Tim oversees worldwide accounting, treasury and order administration at SGI. He ensures the Americas, Asia Pacific and European finance organizations provide value added services to the operations while delivering necessary SEC and local reporting. Prior to joining SGI, Tim worked as Corporate Controller and later as Chief Financial Officer of 24/7 Customer, Inc., a leading business process outsourcer. Previous to 24/7 Customer, Tim worked at Intel Corporation in various corporate and operational finance management roles in Corporate Financial Planning, the Technology Manufacturing Group, the Itanium Processor Division, and the Intel Inside® Program. Tim received his M.B.A. from the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management and his B.A. from Ambassador College in Pasadena, California. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant. |

Jennifer Pratt – Senior Vice President of Human Resources
Jennifer has worldwide responsibility for all Human Resources activities including compensation, benefits, stock administration, recruitment and facilities, and serves as a liaison with Legal. Jennifer has over 20 years HR experience and brings strategic expertise to all aspects of HR management, including partnering with the executive team on the design and implementation of strategic change. Prior to joining SGI, Jennifer held senior management positions in a variety of industries including technology, manufacturing and healthcare. Jennifer holds a B.S in Business Administration from Morningside College, Sioux City, Iowa. |

George Skaff – Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer
As Chief Marketing Officer, George is responsible for worldwide inbound and outbound marketing functions at SGI. In that role, he oversees all product management, product marketing, corporate marketing, demand generation, partner marketing, telemarketing and public relations. George has 25 years of progressive experience in the computer industry, and has demonstrated a proven business expertise in general management, marketing, sales, operations and strategic partnerships for various size companies in high technology and services areas, in both the domestic and international markets. Prior to joining SGI, George held vice president of marketing positions at Wyse Technology, NEC Computers and DocuMagix. He served as president and general manager of Avatar Peripherals and spent several years at Logitech in a variety of marketing roles. George holds a B.S. degree in electrical engineering and MBA from the American University of Beirut. |

Jim Wheat - Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Jim has a long history of executive and financial leadership within prominent public and private technology organizations. Prior to joining SGI, Wheat served as Vice President and Corporate Controller at Lam Research. Jim also held senior financial management positions within a number of public technology companies, including the role of acting principal financial officer at Asyst Technology, senior director of finance at Sybase Inc., and vice president and corporate controller at Sunterra Corporation. In addition, Jim held senior finance positions at TeleVideo, Raychem Corporation, Core-Mark International, Spectra-Physics and Honeywell. Jim earned his MBA at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his BBA at the University of Michigan.
